Who we are
olliebel ("we," "us") operates this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store sells to adult purchasers — orders must be placed by someone 18 or older.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD and may not include applicable duties or taxes for international orders — see our checkout page for an estimate before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
Product descriptions and pricing accuracy
We work hard to describe and picture our products accurately, but minor variations in color, size, or finish can occur with printed-to-order items, and photographs are illustrative. If we discover an error in a product description or price that affects your order, we may correct it, cancel the order with a full refund, or contact you before your item is printed so you can decide how to proceed.
Order cancellation and refusal
We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, if we cannot fulfill it, a pricing or description error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for keeping your password secure. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — including text, images, logos, designs, and artwork — belongs to olliebel or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in its design or artwork to you.
Custom Studio and your artwork
Our Custom Studio turns artwork you submit — typically your own child's drawing, or a photograph of it — into printed products. When you submit artwork to the Custom Studio:
- You keep all rights in your artwork. Submitting it does not transfer ownership to us.
- You grant us a license to digitize, reproduce, and print the artwork on the products you order, and to prepare a digital proof for your approval before printing.
- You confirm you have the right to submit it — that it is your own child's work and you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have permission from the parent or guardian to submit it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, olliebel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
