What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill your order, communicate about your order (confirmation, shipping, and return-related emails), and, if you create an account, to show your order history.

Custom Studio photos and artwork

Photos and artwork you submit through our Custom Studio are used only to prepare your proof and produce your order. We never use a customer's submitted photos or artwork in marketing, and we never display it in our public gallery, without separate written permission from the customer who submitted it.

Who we share it with

Your order and shipping details are shared with Stripe to process payment, and with Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, which prints and ships your order. We share only the details each partner needs to do its part. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill your orders, provide support, and meet our legal and tax obligations. When it's no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us via our contact page to make a request.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies needed for the cart, checkout, and account sign-in to work. We also use analytics and advertising cookies — including cookies and pixels from Meta, TikTok, and Google — to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising, as described in our cookie banner.
